Mounting Track VS. Mounting Clips
I own a bar and would like to mount some rope lighting outside my building. Would it be better to use mounting clips or mounting track? Which is easier to handle? Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thnaks in advance

Re: Mounting Track VS. Mounting Clips
For mounting rope lights both the clips and the track have advantages and disadvantages. I'll try to outline them below:
CLIPS
Advantage: quite inexpensive and are easy to install and to install your rope lights into.
Disadvantage: rope lights installed with clips tend to sag from one clip to the next--especially over time.
TRACK
Advantage: Full support for the entire length of the rope light which offers a professional straight line install.
Disadvantage: Price. Track can often cost more than the rope light.
